Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for eight hours
- ability to walk and or stand approximately 90 percent of shift
- able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- working knowledge of food and beverage service
- familiarity with industry relevant Point of Sales systems
- ability to adhere to all safety requirements
- effective communication in English
- preferred second language
- willingness to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
- base wage of 15 dollars per hour plus tips
- availability for flexible shifts
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a full-service, upscale restaurant
- food and beverage service knowledge
- familiarity with industry relevant Point of Sales systems
- effective communication skills in English
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- teamwork and collaboration skills
- commitment to safety and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Set up and clear tables
- stock all service stations and assist servers with table service
- quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
- promptly and consistently reset all service-ware per table seating
- maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods including silverware and condiments
- serve guests with water and replenish as necessary
- complete designated side work efficiently and thoroughly
- practice cleanliness and safety in all dining, liquor and wine storage areas
- transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- participate in daily staff and department training meetings
- assist team members to promote teamwork environment
