Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for eight hours
  • ability to walk and or stand approximately 90 percent of shift
  • able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • working knowledge of food and beverage service
  • familiarity with industry relevant Point of Sales systems
  • ability to adhere to all safety requirements
  • effective communication in English
  • preferred second language
  • willingness to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
  • base wage of 15 dollars per hour plus tips
  • availability for flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a full-service, upscale restaurant
  • food and beverage service knowledge
  • familiarity with industry relevant Point of Sales systems
  • effective communication skills in English
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • teamwork and collaboration skills
  • commitment to safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties

  • Set up and clear tables
  • stock all service stations and assist servers with table service
  • quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
  • promptly and consistently reset all service-ware per table seating
  • maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods including silverware and condiments
  • serve guests with water and replenish as necessary
  • complete designated side work efficiently and thoroughly
  • practice cleanliness and safety in all dining, liquor and wine storage areas
  • transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
  • participate in daily staff and department training meetings
  • assist team members to promote teamwork environment
