- Willingness to obtain TIPS certification if not already certified
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 55 pounds
- Ability to perform physical work in a loud, wet, and humid environment
- Outgoing personality and strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure under stress
- Commitment to teamwork and flexibility in scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Clean and reset tables efficiently
- Deliver food and beer to tables swiftly and professionally
- Assist guests and coworkers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room, floors, and work areas
- Replenish supplies including napkins, silverware, glassware, and condiments
- Handle trash, recycling, and compost properly
