Job Requirements
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
- Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit required
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
- Working knowledge of mixing and serving a wide variety of drinks
- Proficiency in operating bar equipment
- Familiarity with applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Competency in standard cash handling procedures
- Current State Food Handler's License
- Current State Mixologist Permit
- Ability to perform essential functions on computerized Point of Sale systems
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve inspired cocktails and beverages
- Take food and drink orders from guests
- Serve guests with a charming and professional approach
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the lounge area
- Operate bar equipment and Point of Sale systems accurately
- Comply with liquor laws, cash handling procedures, and safety regulations
- Maintain an expertly managed and welcoming atmosphere for guests
