The role of Bartender at SHG and Craftsman Grille & Tap is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for preparing drinks accurately to bar standards and guest preferences while maintaining the bar fully stocked with the appropriate liquor, juices, additives, and other necessary supplies. Your role also includes ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, glasses, and cutlery, verifying that guests are of legal drinking age, presenting bills, handling payments, and fostering positive guest interactions that exceed expectations. Monitoring guests for overconsumption and acting as needed to maintain safety is a critical responsibility. Additionally, securing the bar area at closing by locking up equipment, making cash deposits, and safeguarding the bank is part of your duties. SHG encourages its bartenders to be team players who pay close attention to detail and communicate effectively to contribute to an outstanding service culture.

We are looking for individuals with a minimum of a high school education and at least three years of bartending experience. Bartending certification and alcohol awareness certification are preferred but not required, as we provide training to ensure you meet the high standards our guests expect.
