The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of experience in a similar customer service or barista role. Physical endurance is important as the job demands standing for extended periods, lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds, and working in varying environmental conditions. The ability to multitask effectively in a pressured setting with a positive, adaptable attitude is a must. Fluency in English is required to ensure clear communication with both customers and team members.

Job Requirements

  • high school education or equivalent preferred at least one year as a barista or related customer service position preferred ability to work long hours medium work exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently or constantly ability to bend stretch twist or reach work under variable temperatures and noise levels near vision ability to see details at close range standing for long periods fluency in English ability to work in stressful high pressure situations multitask continuously

Job Qualifications
