Job Requirements
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing role is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and be trained in coffee preparation and customer service
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable using a POS system and handling cash transactions
- Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting
- Commitment to embody company principles including kindness, respect, efficiency, and cleanliness
