Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- physical ability to perform duties including standing and lifting
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- refined verbal communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)

Job Duties
- Prepare beverages in accordance with menu standards
- fulfill guest beverage orders promptly and accurately
- maintain a welcoming and clean environment for guests
- provide attentive and courteous service to all guests
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- manage stock and supply levels for beverage service
- collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience
