Job Requirements

  • Ability to use computers and communication systems
  • meet established volume activity standards
  • perform repetitive hand and arm motions while standing or walking

Job Duties

  • Lead department operations in the absence of management
  • comply with all company policies, procedures and government regulations
  • utilize retail store systems including Productivity Management, Scheduling, CAO and RF unit
  • treat co-workers with fairness, dignity and respect
  • develop product knowledge of bakery items
  • assist in training associates
  • maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance
  • maintain communication within department and organization
  • support company safety standards and report equipment issues
  • keep work area clean and free of hazards
  • observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards
  • perform other assigned duties
