Job Requirements
- Ability to use computers and communication systems
- meet established volume activity standards

Job Duties
- Lead department operations in the absence of management
- comply with all company policies, procedures and government regulations
- utilize retail store systems including Productivity Management, Scheduling, CAO and RF unit
- treat co-workers with fairness, dignity and respect
- develop product knowledge of bakery items
- assist in training associates
- maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance
- maintain communication within department and organization
- support company safety standards and report equipment issues
- keep work area clean and free of hazards
- observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- perform other assigned duties
