With over 70 years of experience in neuroscience, Lundbeck has established itself as a leader in the development and delivery of innovative treatments for neurological and psychiatric diseases. The company’s mission revolves around improving the lives of people affected by brain disorders through cutting-edge research, robust clinical development, and compassionate patient care. Lundbeck operates in more than 50 countries, employing a diverse team of professionals who are inspired and driven by the company’s purpose to advance brain health and transform lives. Stockton, CA, serves as the target city for this territory, and the company also considers candidates who reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries, which include Fremont, Elkgrove, San Ramon, Pleasonton, and Hayward, provided they have access to a major airport.

The role of Psychiatry Account Manager at Lundbeck involves leading the promotion of the company’s psychiatry portfolio by executing tailored sales and marketing strategies. This position is ideal for candidates who possess strong communication skills, a keen analytical mindset, and a demonstrated ability to adapt and respond to the dynamic environment of brain health treatment promotion. The role offers a salary range of $117,000 to $155,000, along with eligibility for a sales incentive target of $40,500. Lundbeck provides a comprehensive benefits package including flexible paid time off, medical, dental and vision coverage, a company match 401k plan, and access to a company car. The company prioritizes a supportive work environment that values curiosity, accountability, and adaptability, making it an excellent opportunity for motivated pharmaceutical sales professionals to advance their careers while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives. The position requires up to 30-40% domestic travel within the assigned territory and participation in conferences and meetings across the United States.
