Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of arts or bachelor of sciences degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Residence within 40 miles of territory boundaries
  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company criteria
  • Ability and willingness to travel 30-40% domestically
  • Meeting and complying with credentialing requirements of healthcare providers and customer facilities
  • Intellectual capacity to pass and maintain high disease and product training scores

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of arts or bachelor of sciences degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
  • Intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including annual product knowledge certification
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Residence within 40 miles of territory boundaries
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
  • Compliance with industry-standard credentialing requirements for healthcare providers and customer facilities

Job Duties

  • Use digital tools and data-based insights to create opportunities, develop strategy and tactics, allocate resources for sales execution, monitor progress and adjust direction
  • Deliver clear, compelling messages to customers, probe customer needs, handle objections, and close calls with commitment to action
  • Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships based on customer needs and organizational goals
  • Gather and validate market trends and dynamics, map account linkages, and apply therapeutic knowledge to prioritize opportunities
  • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues using company resources
  • Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical and regulatory environments to ensure compliance with company policies and FDA regulations
