Job Requirements

- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge and meet all local airport requirements
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Must meet physical ability requirements including lifting 70 pounds regularly and operating in limited spaces
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to comply with company attendance standards
- Must be able to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance according to company standards
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Must successfully complete Provisioning Agent training and probationary period
- Must maintain satisfactory performance evaluations
- Must be aware of hazardous situations and handle emergencies
- Must work under tight time constraints
- Must be alert to moving vehicles, aircraft, and personnel
- Must be able to use radio equipment and communicate verbally or via radio
- Must be able to type and use computer keyboard with sufficient speed
- Must be able to work at heights of 10 feet or above
- Must be able to read documents and understand provisioning procedures, including federal and local security regulations
- Must maintain well-groomed appearance as per company standards
- Must obtain and maintain required security badges and valid U.S. driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to comply with attendance standards and work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Work in warehouse preparing items for stocking and operate forklift and pallet jacks as necessary
- Pack and repack liquor, beer, wine containers and complete inventory with an electronic device
- Load and store multiple bags of ice for loading onto provisioning trucks handling 30 or more bags of ice per shift
- Prepare perishable items for stocking on aircraft
- Review flight information to plan for snack flights and consolidate snacks for future flights
- Pack and repack entertainment kits and ensure aircraft is equipped with such kits
- Keep work area clean by sweeping, mopping, wiping down countertops and organizing supplies
- Maintain provisioning truck in a clean orderly manner and stock with items from the warehouse
- Load, unload and service company aircraft
- Transport company material (COMAT) to and from aircraft
- Perform job safely in compliance with company, contractual and regulatory requirements
- Safely drive and operate a provisioning truck on the ramp
- Operate motorized ground service equipment including bag tugs, golf carts, forklifts, pallet jacks, and passenger vehicles as qualified
- Stock aircraft galley with ice, beverages, liquor, beer, wine, snacks, cups, and paper products
- Equip aircraft cabin interiors with passenger amenities
- Empty trash receptacles, mop galley areas, restock lavatory compartments, and clean galley and lavatories
- Hand clean interior by sweeping and dusting using specialized cleaning fluids and mechanized aids
- Transport cabin, commissary, and cleaning equipment between aircraft and storage areas
- Accomplish provisioning during prescribed ground time
- Respond to internal customer inquiries and provide friendly service
- Attend training and keep current on knowledge and equipment
- Work in cooperative spirit to ensure company success
- Perform other job duties as directed by leadership
