With a workforce of over 11,000 dedicated associates, the company specializes in providing dependable services that ensure smooth, efficient airport operations and a positive experience for travelers and airline partners alike. These services include baggage handling, wheelchair assistance, lost and found management, and aircraft cleaning. Renowned for its commitment to excellence, safety, and integrity, Prospect Airport Services has established itself as a trusted partner in the aviation industry, prioritizing safety compliance and customer satisfaction in every aspect of its operations.

We are currently seeking passionate and integrity-driven individuals to join our expanding team. The role of passenger services associate is crucial in supporting arriving and departing passengers by assisting them in obtaining their baggage and ground transportation, as well as providing general information, directions, and flight details. The ideal candidate possesses empathy and understands how their communication and decisions impact employees, customers, and partners. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety protocols.

As a passenger services associate, you will be an essential frontline representative responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include helping passengers at the claims area, transporting checked baggage and oversized articles to their correct locations, and using equipment and resources judiciously to minimize costs. All tasks must be performed following strict safety procedures and company policies. The position also involves adhering to security protocols and promptly reporting any safety or security incidents in accordance with the company’s Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.

This position offers competitive pay, daily access to earned wages, and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees working 30 hours or more per week. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, voluntary supplemental coverages like short-term disability and critical illness insurance through AFLAC, paid time off, and exclusive travel discounts. Furthermore, employees gain access to unique employee perks, such as discounts on hotels, car rentals, and cruises through programs like ID90 and Concur. Educational benefits such as tuition discounts with Purdue Global are also available.

Working in this role requires physical stamina as it involves frequent lifting (up to 70 pounds or more), pushing, pulling, and prolonged periods of standing and walking. Candidates must be able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, and be willing to work in various weather conditions, including severe seasonal elements. This role is ideal for individuals who are both physically capable and motivated by a service-driven environment in the aviation sector.

Joining Prospect Airport Services means becoming part of a respected company that values safety and professionalism while nurturing a supportive work environment where employees can thrive and contribute to making air travel seamless and enjoyable.
