The Property Operations Manager role at Hilton Anatole is a critical position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational management of the hotel’s property maintenance teams, including engineering, painters, general service employees, and preventative maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in property operations and facilities management, demonstrating strong organizational and scheduling skills necessary for effective coordination across multiple teams and departments. This role involves leveraging maintenance management systems like HOTSOS to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues, managing budgets and inventory for various teams, and supporting compliance with safety and operational protocols. The Property Operations Manager will work closely with event setup teams, culinary departments, and other internal stakeholders to plan and execute maintenance activities that align with the hotel's event schedules and guest service standards.

Additionally, this role requires daily oversight of preventive maintenance task execution and quality inspections to ensure the hotel maintains its high standards of appearance and functionality. Regular property and grounds inspections are also mandated to proactively identify areas requiring repair or improvement. The manager will be responsible for ordering and managing inventory supplies essential for maintenance activities, balancing cost controls with operational needs. Fire life safety compliance, water treatment testing, and scheduling of critical cleaning services such as hood cleaning are crucial aspects of the position to maintain safety and regulatory adherence. Financial stewardship, including allocation of the departmental profit and loss statement and payroll management, will fall under this role's responsibilities.
