Job Requirements
- Prior experience in property maintenance or related field
- knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems
- experience supervising maintenance teams
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work flexible hours
- relevant certifications or trade credentials preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and vendors
