Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform light cleaning tasks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Ability to enforce property rules professionally
- Basic knowledge of parking systems is a plus

- Problem-solving skills to address tenant parking and account issues effectively

Job Duties
- Perform daily tasks and responsibilities as outlined ensuring organizational goals and objectives are met
- Complete light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and professional workspace
- Provide courteous assistance to tenants and visitors at the front desk
- Dust surfaces and equipment regularly to ensure cleanliness and prevent accumulation
- Organize materials tools and supplies to create a functional and efficient work environment
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines
- Participate in additional activities as assigned to support team objectives and ensure operational efficiency
- Assist tenants with activating/deactivating accounts and resolving issues
- Serve as a courtesy officer to enforce property rules and ensure safety protocols are followed
