Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant role preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to climb stairs and ladders repetitively
- flexibility to perform multiple hotel responsibilities
- ability to manage and maintain inventory
- willingness to follow property emergency procedures
- commitment to equal employment opportunity

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant role preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks
- ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- performing light plumbing such as plunging toilets, snaking toilets, unclogging sinks
- implementing preventative maintenance programs
- performing public space janitorial work
- performing parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
- cleaning PTAC units
- performing drywall repair, painting, caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
