Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or hotel operations preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs, kneeling, squatting, standing, bending and twisting for extended periods
- ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- valid work authorization
- reliable transportation
- willingness to adhere to hotel policies and safety standards
- flexible availability to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel maintenance or custodial roles preferred
- basic understanding of electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
- physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 lbs
- willing to work flexible hours
- commitment to quality and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging and snaking toilets and unclogging sinks
- maintaining preventative maintenance programs
- cleaning public spaces and parking lots
- performing trash cleanup
- cleaning PTAC units
- drywall repair
- painting and caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures
- ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
