The Property Attendant plays a key part in ensuring the hotel's public spaces and rooms are well-maintained and guest-ready by managing general preventative maintenance tasks and general upkeep. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- sham-pooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or switches
- conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging and snaking toilets
- implementing preventative maintenance programs
- janitorial work in public spaces
- parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
- cleaning PTAC units
- drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
