Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- able to work varied schedules including weekends holidays and evenings
- valid Food Handler certification within 90 days of employment
- manual dexterity to use kitchen tools and equipment
- able to lift pulls or push 100 pounds
- able to stand for long periods and work in noisy and extreme temperature environments
Job Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- ability to work varied schedules including days evenings weekends and holidays
- valid Food Handler certification within 90 days of employment
- sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment
- ability to lift push or pull weights up to 100 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods and work in high noise and variable temperature conditions
Job Duties
- Prepare station-specific food items according to recipes ensuring consistency and quality
- monitor product storage portion sizes and special items like stocks and sauces
- maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas to meet Health Department regulations
- ensure equipment is clean sanitized and operational
- uphold high standards of food production and presentation
- maintain personal hygiene and sanitation practices
- manage station setup breakdown and prep work
