Job Requirements

  • Graduation from high school or equivalent
  • able to work varied schedules including weekends holidays and evenings
  • valid Food Handler certification within 90 days of employment
  • manual dexterity to use kitchen tools and equipment
  • able to lift pulls or push 100 pounds
  • able to stand for long periods and work in noisy and extreme temperature environments

Job Qualifications

  • Graduation from high school or equivalent
  • ability to work varied schedules including days evenings weekends and holidays
  • valid Food Handler certification within 90 days of employment
  • sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment
  • ability to lift push or pull weights up to 100 pounds
  • ability to stand for long periods and work in high noise and variable temperature conditions

Job Duties

  • Prepare station-specific food items according to recipes ensuring consistency and quality
  • monitor product storage portion sizes and special items like stocks and sauces
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas to meet Health Department regulations
  • ensure equipment is clean sanitized and operational
  • uphold high standards of food production and presentation
  • maintain personal hygiene and sanitation practices
  • manage station setup breakdown and prep work
