We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Promotions Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position plays a crucial role in managing and executing day-to-day sales strategies focused on promotion, engagement, and conversion within our venue. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Promotions Manager to develop and implement sales initiatives that accelerate growth. The Promotions Coordinator will also lead field marketing efforts, including outreach programs targeting offices, hotels, conventions, and other key areas to expand our customer base.

In this role, you will work extensively with the operations team to boost data collection efforts across all channels, contributing to a comprehensive 30, 60, and 90-day calendar plan designed to track and analyze marketing trends and performance. A significant responsibility includes actively expanding the venue's database to meet business goals and facilitate targeted promotional campaigns. You will be expected to submit detailed weekly sales reports and educate venue staff about ongoing sales initiatives to ensure their active participation and enhance overall team performance.

Additionally, the Promotions Coordinator will assist with social event bookings, such as Birthday Parties, Bottle Service, Happy Hour, and sports watch parties, in response to management requests. Hosting weekly party check-ins and greeting guests to provide a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere are also key aspects of this role. This position requires excellent communication skills, superior organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • Frequently standing up or moving within and outside of the facility
  • Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Bending, stooping, kneeling
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a hospitality and/or sales or marketing setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be savvy in marketing and promotional strategies
  • Must be highly organized, reliable and able to keep information secure
  • Able to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day sales strategy in the categories of promotion, engagement, and conversion
  • Work with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Promotions Manager on strategies and initiatives that drive sales
  • Lead the venue’s field marketing activities and promotions including office, hotel, convention, and other outreach programs
  • Work with the operations team to encourage venue staff to drive data collection through all avenues
  • Work with all management to plan and execute data collection through a 30, 60, and 90-day calendar plan
  • Actively increase assigned venue's database to achieve goals
  • Submit weekly sales sheets reports
  • Educate venue staff on sales initiatives and promotional outings to ensure their participation
  • Assist with social event bookings including Birthday Parties, Bottle Service, Happy Hour, sports watch parties, etc. upon request from management
  • Set up and host weekly party check-ins
  • Greet and interact with guests to ensure the best experience
