This job opening is for a part-time Promotional Specialist to join the TEAM family. This role is essential for effectively representing well-known beverage brands at various events across designated markets. As a Promotional Specialist, you will participate in and execute engaging, innovative promotional activities that build brand awareness and affinity. You will be the face of the brand at events such as retail spaces, restaurants, bars, and local community happenings. Your responsibilities will include executing interactive themed events, distributing promotional materials, and assisting with the setup and teardown of event assets.

Guided by a Regional Manager, the Promotional Specialist role demands strong organizational skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to connect naturally with consumers. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in marketing or promotional events preferred
  • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must have reliable transportation to event locations
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of social media and marketing trends beneficial

Job Duties

  • Represent client brands at events throughout designated markets
  • Engage with consumers and build brand affinity with key influencers
  • Execute fun themed interactive events at retail spaces, restaurants, bars, and special events
  • Work under the guidance of a Regional Manager for training, assignment, and reporting
  • Encourage consumer participation and engagement during activations
  • Distribute marketing materials, promotional items, and product collateral
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown of promotional assets
  • Provide feedback on best practices and trends through event recaps and photos
