Like an exceptional facilitator or advisor, the role involves juggling multiple tasks, holding the team accountable, and keeping everyone on track. A high-performance Project Coordinator will expand relationships amongst Clients (Facility Managers) and location Operations (Managing Partners, General Managers, Branch Managers), creating high-value business relationships with a broad range of Client Contacts and Concept Managers. Responsibilities include working in an office environment with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet project milestones, promoting work-life balance through flex time.
