The Project Superintendent role at Baker Construction is a pivotal position that requires a seasoned professional capable of overseeing medium to large projects with a focus on quality, safety, and productivity. As a Project Superintendent, you will directly manage subordinate superintendents and oversee the profitable installation of project work, ensuring all aspects of the project align with company standards and client expectations.
