Job Description
Crusoe is a pioneering AI infrastructure company dedicated to accelerating the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, Crusoe owns and operates every layer of its stack, ranging from electrons to tokens, to power the world’s most ambitious AI workloads. This unique integration allows Crusoe to optimize efficiency and scalability while addressing the significant challenges faced by the rapidly growing AI industry. The company’s core mission is to revolutionize power consumption and data center infrastructure, which are critical bottlenecks in AI compute capacity, by adopting an innovative energy-first approach. This approach not only makes AI infrastructure more sustainable and environmentally friendly but also enables faster advancements and operational capabilities for AI innovators worldwide.
Crusoe is currently amid what it describes as the greatest industrial revolution of this era, driven largely by the boundless demand for AI compute resources. The company aims to solve the power constraints that limit AI infrastructure growth by integrating expertise in energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services into their operations. The multidisciplinary team at Crusoe is composed of experts who work collaboratively to push the boundaries of technology and infrastructure in the AI sector.
The company offers an exciting and challenging work environment for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings and are motivated by ambitious goals and groundbreaking projects. Employees at Crusoe have the opportunity to grow their careers alongside industry leaders dedicated to transforming the future of AI technology and energy consumption. This culture fosters innovation, teamwork, and a shared commitment to solving complex problems that have far-reaching impacts across industries.
About the Role: As a P6 Scheduler at Crusoe, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale construction projects fundamental to Crusoe’s mission. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 for Crusoe’s hyperscale data center developments. This position ensures that construction timelines are accurately forecasted and adhered to, directly contributing to the success of data center infrastructure, which is vital for powering AI workloads. Your work will involve close collaboration with multiple teams including construction, engineering, and operations to align scheduling objectives with overall project goals.
The P6 Scheduler’s role is not only about timeline tracking but also about risk assessment and mitigation planning to prevent delays in these complex projects. Regular site visits are necessary to validate contractor performance against the project schedule and to maintain realistic expectations of progress. You will facilitate critical path and near-critical path reviews, generate detailed schedule reports, and provide analytical support to the project controls team. Additionally, you will coordinate with various trade partners and internal teams to ensure scope alignment and schedule accuracy, and provide corrective action plans when necessary to keep projects on track.
This role demands a high level of technical expertise with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, as well as strong communication skills to translate complex schedule data into clear, actionable updates for internal stakeholders and external clients. Crusoe offers competitive compensation in the range of $154,000 to $188,000 plus bonus, along with Restricted Stock Units. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who are eager to contribute to cutting-edge developments in AI infrastructure and want to be part of a mission-driven team advancing the future of energy and technology.
