Garver is seeking a Water/Wastewater Treatment Project Manager to join their established Texas Water team, focusing on municipal water and wastewater treatment facility projects. The position is located in El Paso, TX, managing significant treatment facility projects in Texas and surrounding states. The Project Manager will oversee design reports, studies, technical memoranda, detailed plans, and specifications, working closely with municipal clients to exceed service expectations. Responsibilities also include coordination with support disciplines and regulating agencies, quality assurance, quality control, and occasional travel for projects, conferences, and marketing duties.
