Job Requirements

  • 5 plus years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction
  • proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients
  • proficient in Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools
  • thorough knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes
  • ability to lead large scale commercial, healthcare and education projects from inception to completion
  • strong communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • 5 plus years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction
  • proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients
  • skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools
  • strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes
  • background in estimating or field supervision is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead large scale commercial, healthcare and education ground up projects from inception through completion
  • report directly into the Director and President of Construction
  • serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
  • manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
  • partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
  • deliver projects ranging from $20M plus within a strong, $500M plus pipeline
