Job Requirements
- 5 plus years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction
- proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients
- proficient in Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools
- thorough knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes
- ability to lead large scale commercial, healthcare and education projects from inception to completion
- strong communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- 5 plus years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction
- proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients
- skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools
- strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes
- background in estimating or field supervision is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead large scale commercial, healthcare and education ground up projects from inception through completion
- report directly into the Director and President of Construction
- serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
- manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
- partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
- deliver projects ranging from $20M plus within a strong, $500M plus pipeline
