The role offered is for a Permanent Project Manager position based in Indianapolis, with an attractive salary range between $125,000 to $165,000 per year, plus an all-in package exceeding $170,000. Job Requirements

  • 5 plus years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction
  • proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients
  • proficient in Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools
  • thorough knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes
  • ability to lead large scale commercial, healthcare and education projects from inception to completion
  • strong communication and leadership skills
