The role offered is for a Permanent Project Manager position based in Indianapolis, with an attractive salary range between $125,000 to $165,000 per year, plus an all-in package exceeding $170,000. This role is designed for a seasoned professional capable of leading large-scale ground-up commercial projects, healthcare facilities, and educational buildings from inception through to completion. The Project Manager will report directly to the Director and President of Construction, serving as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include managing contracts, requests for information (RFIs), change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools such as Procore and MS Project. The successful candidate will partner with estimating and procurement teams during the preconstruction phase and contribute to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. Job Requirements
- 5 plus years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction
- proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients
- proficient in Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools
- thorough knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes
- ability to lead large scale commercial, healthcare and education projects from inception to completion
- strong communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- 5 plus years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction
- proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients
- skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools
- strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes
- background in estimating or field supervision is a plus
