The role offered is a permanent Project Manager position based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with an attractive salary range of USD 130,000 to USD 170,000 per year. The role involves leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring project profitability while overseeing project teams, subcontractors, and field leadership. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, drive contract compliance, and handle risk management and change orders. Additionally, this role includes collaborating with estimators and executives during preconstruction phases and mentoring junior Project Managers and Engineers.
