The role offered is a permanent Project Manager position based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with an attractive salary range of USD 130,000 to USD 170,000 per year. This Project Manager position provides a unique opportunity to work on some of the most exciting hospitality developments in the Midwest under a top developer in the US. The role involves leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring project profitability while overseeing project teams, subcontractors, and field leadership. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, drive contract compliance, and handle risk management and change orders. Additionally, this role includes collaborating with estimators and executives during preconstruction phases and mentoring junior Project Managers and Engineers.
This position offers no travel, providing stability and a clear path for career advancement into a Project Executive role. Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in construction project management
- bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- experience on hospitality or commercial projects
- familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- willingness to mentor and develop junior staff
