As part of Impact Fire Services, you'll be joining a dedicated team of fire protection professionals focused on protecting lives and property. You will manage multiple aspects of fire sprinkler projects, from design collaboration and permitting to scheduling, budgeting, and supervising installation crews. The role requires strong project management skills and an understanding of fire sprinkler system design and layout. Collaboration with various trades and effective communication with stakeholders, including weekly reporting to the general manager, are integral components of the job. Job Requirements

  • Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening
  • MVR checks required for all driving positions

Job Qualifications

  • General sprinkler knowledge
  • Experience in fire sprinkler installation or design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee all fire sprinkler projects
  • Manage job cost and project scheduling
  • Work with designers to get designs completed and submitted including job surveys
  • Follow up and manage permits for projects
  • Report weekly to the GM with project updates
  • Oversee the Fire Sprinkler superintendent
  • Coordinate and process contract job change orders
  • Understand design and layout of fire sprinkler systems
  • Coordination for installation between trades
  • Managing cost and understanding budgets
