Job Description
Next Phase Enterprises is a vibrant family-owned food brokerage company committed to excellence in sales and marketing representation within the food and beverage sector. Established in 1995, Next Phase Enterprises has built a strong reputation in logistics and supply chain management, serving major retail channels across the nation. The company takes pride in fostering a passionate and dedicated team that consistently exceeds expectations and supports the communities in which they operate. With a focus on innovation, integrity, and customer satisfaction, Next Phase continues to grow and strengthen its presence in the industry, providing valuable services that bridge the gap between suppliers and retail partners.
We are currently seeking motivated and highly organized Project Managers to join our dynamic team at Next Phase Enterprises. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a well-respected company with a culture that encourages proactive thinking and a positive, can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will be self-governing and demonstrate exceptional logistical and project management skills to support the complex processes involved in bringing new retail packaged goods to market. Our Project Managers work closely with internal sales teams, suppliers, and retailers to build meaningful relationships and drive product development from initial ideation through launch. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to coordinate cross-functional activities effectively.
As a Project Manager at Next Phase, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely execution of all key processes related to product development. This includes data collection and entry using specialized platforms such as Item 360, QMS, 1WS, Prospec, and Arc, among others. You will be responsible for managing tasks and maintaining workflows using tools like Asana, reviewing artwork proofs, and participating actively in both supplier and internal team meetings. Monitoring online retail presence and collaborating with marketing and suppliers to optimize product content will also be part of your duties. Your involvement in line reviews, new item presentations, and production case evaluations ensures that products meet both retailer and regulatory expectations. Additionally, managing sample requests and shipment logistics will be essential to your success in this role.
The ideal Project Manager at Next Phase Enterprises will bring a blend of project management experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry. Previous experience in account or client management, project or event management, and data entry is highly valued. Familiarity with digital task management tools like Asana and proficiency in Microsoft Office are important. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise across various organizational levels and stakeholders. The company values individuals who are driven, self-directed, and enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative team environment. Prior experience of 3-5 years in related roles and a solid work ethic with a proven tenure at previous companies will position you well within this role. Educational requirements include a high school diploma or GED at minimum, with a preference for associate or bachelor's degrees.
Joining Next Phase Enterprises offers a rewarding career path with a family-oriented company committed to professional growth and operational excellence. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and are passionate about logistics, project management, and the food retail industry, we encourage you to apply and become an integral part of our team.
