Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in construction industry
  • Knowledge of road and highway construction preferred
  • Familiarity with Procore, Build2Win, or P6 software a plus
  • Ability to read and understand contracts
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Procore, Build2Win, or P6 project management software a plus
  • Ability to read and understand contracts
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Authorization to work in the United States now and in the future

Job Duties

  • Attend project turnover meetings
  • Assist in generating and maintaining project schedules including cash flow and workload
  • Attend job meetings to coordinate project activities
  • Manage submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontractor agreements
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
  • Enforce the company safety program
  • Verify all work meets project specifications
  • Assist in completing all project plans
  • Maintain all project related reports
  • Prepare project closing documents
  • Review construction documents and perform material and subcontractor takeoffs
  • Assist in preparing CPM schedules using estimated production rates
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings
  • Conduct pre-bid site investigations
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining QA/QC plans and records
