Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- minimum of 2 years in project management, special events, hospitality, or client management
- exceptional time management, organizational, and operational project management skills

Job Duties
- Lead and manage special projects for the team, including creating and updating marketing materials, managing the team’s LinkedIn page, and streamlining sales processes and gift inventory
- use Notion and Asana to keep the team’s project calendar up-to-date and to track progress on all initiatives
- assist the Private Events team with administrative tasks for pending events and contracts
- create proposals and license use agreements for clients, manage client gifts and promotional items, and maintain all client files in Salesforce
- partner with internal teams such as Premium Sales, Marketing, Accounts Receivable, Legal, etc., to ensure a seamless workflow to close out events and move projects along including end of year gifting and marketing campaigns
- serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding event updates and communications
- create detailed event documents to ensure all departments are aligned on event operations
- cultivate and maintain client relationships to support future business
- assist in managing leads with a sense of urgency and in line with company standards
- create and manage event bookings using our sales system
- assist with site visits and tours for prospective clients, help with post-event summaries
- other duties as assigned
