This particular opportunity is for a full-time Project Coordinator position within CACI’s Division, specializing in Microsoft 365 and data workflow management. The role requires a Secret clearance for initial employment and involves up to 10% continental US travel. The Project Coordinator is integral to the efficient execution of multiple projects and day-to-day operations. This position focuses on providing visualization and analytic support, coordinating workflows, facilitating communication, and managing accurate data tracking across various teams. Candidates for this role will be adept in using advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, alongside extensive knowledge and hands-on skills in Microsoft 365 tools including MS Lists, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Planner, Teams, OneNote, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
The Project Coordinator will develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau, applying calculated fields, data integration, and transformations to enhance insight delivery. They will perform statistical analysis and use programming languages like Python and MATLAB for data manipulation and modeling, ensuring data integrity through cleaning and preprocessing across systems. Collaboration with stakeholders to tailor visualizations for strategic decision-making is a core aspect of the role.
Task and project management fall under daily responsibilities, with monitoring, tracking, and reporting duties supported through tools such as Microsoft Planner, Jira, and Confluence. The role also includes customization and upkeep of SharePoint sites utilizing JSON formatting to improve usability and workflow automation with Power Automate.
Furthermore, this position supports documentation efforts by maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other records for easy access and reference, using OneNote and Word. Job Requirements
- Must have familiarity with visualizations in Tableau and ability to create interactive dashboards
- strong foundation in analytic work with data cleaning and statistical analysis
- proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, or R
- experience in project coordination or administrative support
