The position being offered is for a Project Coordinator specializing in Live Events. This full-time role carries an essential responsibility of ensuring a seamless, positive customer experience by coordinating and managing multiple facets of project delivery. A critical part of this role is to maintain reliability and accuracy in freight handling, contract management, and scheduling of load-in and load-out activities for live events such as festivals, concert tours, and sporting events. The Project Coordinator will act as a liaison among Field Operations, Sales teams, and customers to secure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards. This role requires extensive coordination with the Wynne system and prioritizes logistical operations, including equipment sourcing, booking haulers, and preparation of equipment. Effective contract administration, schedule adherence, and detailed record-keeping for change orders are integral to supporting the billing process. The coordinator will also use tools like Smartsheet to track project statuses and monitor key performance indicators to identify trends for operational improvements. The dynamic nature of live event environments demands strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and proactive communication with all team members and customers.

Job Duties
- Coordinate rental operations, logistics, and administrative support for live events
