Job Duties

Manage the quote-to-order process of each project
move orders through the internal system to gather and record project details
set and manage customer expectations
interpret customer-supplied specifications to ensure the project is accurate and urgently distributed
contact customers to gauge the status of the project and ensure their commitment to the order
maintain strong organizational skills and work efficiently to juggle multiple responsibilities
plan effectively and achieve objectives for customer needs and deadlines regularly
anticipate customer needs and provide services beyond customer expectations
ensure effective and high-quality customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor when collaborating with customers and team members
