Job Duties
- Manage the quote-to-order process of each project
- move orders through the internal system to gather and record project details
- set and manage customer expectations
- interpret customer-supplied specifications to ensure the project is accurate and urgently distributed
- contact customers to gauge the status of the project and ensure their commitment to the order
- maintain strong organizational skills and work efficiently to juggle multiple responsibilities
- plan effectively and achieve objectives for customer needs and deadlines regularly
- anticipate customer needs and provide services beyond customer expectations
- ensure effective and high-quality customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor when collaborating with customers and team members
