Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a project support coordinator or administrative role preferably in manufacturing engineering or construction
- Proficiency in Excel and project scheduling software such as MS Project Smartsheet or similar
- Familiarity with ERP systems and purchase orders
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external subcontractors
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years in a project support coordinator or administrative role preferably in manufacturing engineering or construction
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
- Experience with project scheduling software such as MS Project Smartsheet or similar
- Familiarity with ERP systems and purchase orders is a plus
- Organized proactive communicator with strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating all aspects of multimillion-dollar projects ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Maintain and update project schedules using tools such as Oracle P6 ensuring accurate tracking of project milestones and deadlines
- Monitor and manage project budgets providing regular updates to Project Managers and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities
- Interact with subcontractors to coordinate project tasks resolve issues and ensure that work is completed to specification
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to track material requirements and ensure that all necessary materials are available when needed
- Utilize ERP systems Excel Procore and Microsoft Office to manage and report on project data ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and present reports on project status including budget schedule and resource allocation
- Support change order management and documentation
- Organize and maintain project documentation in shared folders and systems
- Coordinate meetings and assist with agendas minutes and action item follow-up
- Interface with internal departments engineering operations finance procurement to gather project updates
