Job Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Experience in the windows and doors industry is a plus

Job Duties
- Guide customers through their window and door installation process, ensuring they stay informed at every step
- Provide a world-class customer experience by collaborating closely with project managers and SIW staff
- Serve as the professional face of SIW in the showroom, showcasing products and services
- Use empathetic, active listening to address customer needs and concerns effectively
- Gather, review, and manage project documentation with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate job walkthroughs, service appointments, and final inspections to maintain high-quality standards
- Schedule and facilitate customer appointments from installation through post-installation follow-ups
- Conduct energetic and professional inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, text, and webchat
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system and handle customer-related paperwork
- Support field staff with scheduling, customer communications, and administrative tasks
- Order parts, collect payments, and assist in resolving customer issues in collaboration with the project manager
