  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
  • Experience in the windows and doors industry is a plus

Job Duties

  • Guide customers through their window and door installation process, ensuring they stay informed at every step
  • Provide a world-class customer experience by collaborating closely with project managers and SIW staff
  • Serve as the professional face of SIW in the showroom, showcasing products and services
  • Use empathetic, active listening to address customer needs and concerns effectively
  • Gather, review, and manage project documentation with 100% accuracy
  • Coordinate job walkthroughs, service appointments, and final inspections to maintain high-quality standards
  • Schedule and facilitate customer appointments from installation through post-installation follow-ups
  • Conduct energetic and professional inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, text, and webchat
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system and handle customer-related paperwork
  • Support field staff with scheduling, customer communications, and administrative tasks
  • Order parts, collect payments, and assist in resolving customer issues in collaboration with the project manager
