Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in broadcast programming or media coordination preferred
  • proficiency with Office 365 software
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational abilities
  • ability to manage multiple programming schedules and calendars
  • familiarity with FCC reporting requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Office 365
  • strong communication skills for in-person, virtual, and written formats
  • ability to organize multiple systems of programming grids and calendars

Job Duties

  • Communicate with ABC, Telemundo, and Bounce on programming lineups, delineate program information to the local team, check discrepancy reports, and reconcile
  • daily interaction with broadcast ratings services - Nielsen and Comscore
  • coordinate program changes with the Gray Media traffic/programming hub
  • manage paid programming availabilities
  • prepare regular industry-level reports to the FCC, music licensing, public file updates, as well as the FCC children’s programming report
  • special employee event planning as directed by the General Manager
