This position is integral to the leadership team and contributes to program design and strategic planning to ensure continual improvement and alignment with the center’s mission. Additionally, the Program Operations Manager may be responsible for managing the reception area by opening or closing it as needed, demonstrating flexibility and involvement across various operational areas.
