Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of relevant program management experience
- experience working in Trust & Safety or related operational fields preferred
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
- risk management expertise
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- strong organizational skills
- experience with cross-functional collaboration
- ability to work in a hybrid work environment in San Jose, CA
Job Qualifications
- 4+ years of work experience in program management, process optimization, or managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders, ideally in Trust & Safety
- exceptional written and communication skills across multiple functions and teams
- strong problem-solving skills
- expertise in applying risk management frameworks
- strong capability in extracting insights from data and making data-driven decisions
- in-depth knowledge of business operations with the ability to manage and prioritize under competing pressures
- skilled in storytelling and problem solving
- ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- high adaptability to work in a high-tempo environment
Job Duties
- Proactively identify and address emerging issues that can adversely affect the business
- utilize analytical skills to measure impact and advocate for scalable solutions
- identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- lead and manage end-to-end programs from ideation to delivery
- maintain regular communication with stakeholders and leadership to update on issues and mitigation strategies
- work across teams including Finance, Product, Data Science, Legal, Risk & Compliance to support Trust & Safety operations
- prepare and present program updates, reviews, and recommendations
- foster effective communication and collaboration among all program stakeholders
- engage and influence stakeholders at every level of the organization
- develop comprehensive program plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
- translate strategic objectives into actionable program roadmaps
- regularly communicate program status, risks, and achievements to senior leadership
- manage stakeholder expectations and navigate conflicting priorities
