Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant work experience
4+ years airline or aviation business experience
Knowledge of Aviate program
Project management experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Experience facilitating presentations
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
Solid analytical skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
Strategic problem-solving ability
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Reliable and punctual attendance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Lead strategic efforts to identify and improve programs aligned with defined team objectives
Support senior manager in strategy, KPI, objective, and goal creation and implementation
Lead cross-functional collaboration between Pilot Hiring, UAX Commercial, Human Resources, and other stakeholders
Manage key program components including Aviate Coaching and Development, leave of absence programs, compliance, travel privileges, and customer support
Conduct data analysis to assess program performance and influence strategic decisions
Develop effective reporting and visualizations to meet program needs
Serve as subject matter expert for technology platforms supporting Aviate and Military Pathway Programs
