Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in aviation, aeronautics, business, engineering, communications, or related field
- 4+ years of airline or aviation business experience
- Knowledgeable of Aviate program
- Project management experience
- Excellent presentation delivery skills
- Organization skills and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well in a highly collaborative and fluid work environment
- Experience communicating, facilitating, or presenting to large audiences and key stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Solid communication, multitasking, and analytical skills
- Project management capabilities
- Ability to coordinate inter-departmentally
- Ability to think strategically and recommend solutions
- Ability to listen, assess, identify resources, and communicate solutions
- Legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Job Duties
- Lead strategic efforts to identify and improve programs aligned with defined team objectives
- Support senior manager in strategy, KPI, objective, and goal creation and implementation
- Manage key program components including coaching, leave of absence, participant compliance, travel privileges, and customer support
- Conduct data analysis to assess program performance and forecast future needs
- Develop reporting and visualizations for program needs
- Serve as subject matter expert for technology platforms supporting programs
- Coordinate and manage participant performance analysis and development recommendations
- Support engagement efforts by providing insights and program data
- Maintain program documentation and compliance reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless program execution and resolve inefficiencies
