Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or public administration
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in project management or contract administration
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Meet physical requirements including long hours and strenuous activity
- Experience in municipal government or public sector preferred
- Project management certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or public administration

- Experience in municipal government or public sector strongly preferred
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certifications preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven project management and contract administration expertise
Job Duties
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale events
- Develop operational plans integrating permitting, public safety, and transportation
- Identify and mitigate risks ensuring compliance with municipal regulations
- Provide day-of tactical oversight for assigned events
- Convene and lead multi-agency planning meetings
- Manage vendor contracts, performance standards, and budgets
- Deliver executive briefings, reports, and strategic recommendations
