Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or public administration
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in project management or contract administration
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
  • Ability to work flexible non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Meet physical requirements including long hours and strenuous activity
  • Experience in municipal government or public sector preferred
  • Project management certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or public administration
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in project management or contract administration
  • Experience in municipal government or public sector strongly preferred
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certifications preferred
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven project management and contract administration expertise

Job Duties

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale events
  • Develop operational plans integrating permitting, public safety, and transportation
  • Identify and mitigate risks ensuring compliance with municipal regulations
  • Provide day-of tactical oversight for assigned events
  • Convene and lead multi-agency planning meetings
  • Manage vendor contracts, performance standards, and budgets
  • Deliver executive briefings, reports, and strategic recommendations
