Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus minimum 8 years relevant experience
- or Master’s degree plus minimum 6 years relevant experience
- ability to obtain Department of Defense Secret security clearance at time of hire
- U.S. citizenship required
- excellent negotiation skills
- proficiency in program scheduling, budgeting, and earned value management
- strong leadership and team management
- ability to travel as required
- ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- proven ability to manage profit and loss

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with relevant experience
- demonstrated experience managing complex programs and delivering defense systems
- proficient knowledge of company products and target markets
- strong relationship management skills
- technical understanding of products
- experience with work estimating, scheduling and authorization
- proficiency with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- ability to develop and implement WBS
- skilled in project risk and opportunity management
- excellent communication skills
- ability to analyze financial data
- experience leading teams in matrixed organizations
- skilled in proposal development and execution
- knowledge of value propositions and project trade-offs
- proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- ability to apply AI for continuous improvement
Job Duties
- Uses proposal plans and strategies to develop and implement program, subcontractor, and material plans
- develops WBS and WBS dictionary for scope and integrated cost/schedule management
- authorizes work and organizes interdepartmental activities to meet schedules
- conducts project reviews to identify risks and develop corrective actions
- works with engineering and operations to align resources with project goals
- forecasts project completion based on performance trends
- supports customers on technical questions
- leads risk mitigation and opportunity capture activities
- prepares and presents program status updates
- balances project plans with executable strategies
- identifies scope changes for cost and schedule adjustments
- responsible for project profit and loss
- develops and executes proposal plans
- supports and develops customer relationships and new business
- supports and leads customer negotiations
