Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old by the start of camp (June 29, 2026)
  • 3 plus years of college or equivalent preferred
  • college graduates strongly preferred
  • experience as a counselor or staff member in a residential camp setting
  • commitment to work and live onsite at camp for the entire summer season (June 11 - August 15, 2026)
  • prior supervisory experience required

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of camper programs
  • supervise a staff of 10-15 members
  • organize and coordinate program activities
  • lead the Teen Leadership Program and schedule program events (Teen Program Director role)
  • manage specialists and camp schedules (Director of Specialists role)
  • mentor and train Counselors-in-Training, plan and deliver CIT schedules, communicate with parents, and oversee evaluations (CIT Director role)
  • collaborate with Camp Director and leadership team to ensure program success
