Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old by the start of camp (June 29, 2026)
- 3 plus years of college or equivalent preferred
- college graduates strongly preferred
- experience as a counselor or staff member in a residential camp setting
- commitment to work and live onsite at camp for the entire summer season (June 11 - August 15, 2026)
- prior supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of camper programs
- supervise a staff of 10-15 members
- organize and coordinate program activities
- lead the Teen Leadership Program and schedule program events (Teen Program Director role)
- manage specialists and camp schedules (Director of Specialists role)
- mentor and train Counselors-in-Training, plan and deliver CIT schedules, communicate with parents, and oversee evaluations (CIT Director role)
- collaborate with Camp Director and leadership team to ensure program success
