Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old by the start of camp
  • 3+ years of college or equivalent preferred
  • college graduates strongly preferred
  • experience as a counselor or staff member in a residential camp setting
  • commitment to work and live onsite at camp for the entire summer season from June 11 to August 15, 2026
  • prior supervisory experience required
  • must meet applicable vaccination requirements according to federal, state, and local laws
  • proof of vaccination or approved exemption required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage day-to-day operations of camper programs
  • supervise a staff of 10-15 members
  • organize and coordinate camp activities
  • schedule and oversee program events
  • mentor and support Counselors-in-Training
  • communicate with parents and leadership teams
  • assist with administrative operations
