Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Four years related retail experience or training preferred
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and internet use
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to understand and follow work processes
  • Must be able to travel to team's events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year college or four years related retail experience and/or training
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual who can work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and internet usage
  • Excellent data entry skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to understand and follow work processes

Job Duties

  • Procures classification of merchandise, corporate fulfillment and/or custom products by working with the Buyer to develop and source product
  • Responsible for the return of damages, wrong orders and unwanted product
  • Responsible for purchase order discrepancies and missing packing lists
  • Manages stock and inventory levels by re-ordering, maintaining, or discontinuing products and communicating that information to others
  • Responsible for compiling, inputting and distributing all information for product recaps and updates
  • Create and input SKU numbers for merchandise
  • Prepare and manage work and sales orders
  • Manages inventory in our ERP system
  • Works with the Marketing Department in managing the merchants websites
  • Assembles sales presentations
  • Coordinate customer mailings
  • Must be able to travel to team's events
  • Other duties may be assigned
