Job Requirements
- equivalent to four years of high school education or equivalency
- one year of general office work experience or bachelor's degree as approved
- valid Virginia driver’s license
- experience in environmentally sensitive programs preferred
- skills in event coordination and volunteer coordination
- knowledge of bookkeeping, purchasing and procurement
- ability to develop social media content
- strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- handle administrative tasks including office management,data entry,customer service,procurement
- coordinate volunteer activities and manage volunteer programs
- support planning and execution of community cleanup and beautification events
- assist with budget and fiscal responsibilities including bookkeeping and purchasing
- collaborate with Public Works and Waste Management teams
- develop and support outreach programs related to litter prevention and recycling education
- assist with social media content development and community engagement
