Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment processing
- Ability to maintain professionalism and courtesy with customers
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts on-site
Job Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
- Ability to run a cash register and point of sale system as well as operate telephone and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with customers of various socioeconomic levels including vendors guests and corporate representatives
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and perform routine repetitive tasks
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts and adhere to company time and attendance policies
Job Duties
- Acknowledge greet and engage customers with the goal of sharing Curbside Pickup's value proposition
- Accurately and efficiently process online orders including coordinating prioritizing shopping packing labeling staging and facilitating order pick-up
- Maintain accountability for freshness and accuracy of every order
- Communicate timely and professionally with customers regarding order status out of stock items and acceptable substitutions
- Build personal relationships with customers and gain insight into shopping preferences
- Properly maintain all transaction and daily shift reports
- Scan customer orders according to company policy and maintain accountability for tendered transactions
