Founded with a commitment to sparking curiosity, creativity, and confidence among learners, Imagine Learning designs innovative educational tools that personalize instruction and engage students in meaningful ways. The company's signature approach, Curriculum-Informed AI, leverages technology that understands instructional context and adapts to educators' judgment, transforming how teachers personalize learning at scale to unlock each student’s potential. This commitment to innovation shapes not only their product offerings but also fosters a culture of continuous growth, collaboration, and lifelong learning among their team members.
Operating as a remote-friendly U.S.-based company, Imagine Learning offers flexible work arrangements with offices in Tempe, AZ (headquarters), Austin, TX, Petaluma, CA, Rock Rapids, IA, and Bloomington, MN. As a professional environment focused on impact and meaningful contributions, Imagine Learning supports employee growth through comprehensive benefits and a supportive, inclusive culture. The company actively embraces diversity and strives to maintain a welcoming workplace where employees feel respected, supported, and encouraged to share unique perspectives.
The Professional Learning Specialist role at Imagine Learning is a full-time, remote position that plays a critical part in the successful implementation and ongoing support of Imagine Learning’s blended and online curriculum programs. Reporting to the Professional Learning Solutions Director, this role involves delivering high-quality professional development and training to educators across various districts. The ideal candidate is an experienced educator who collaborates with district leaders, school administrators, and teachers to plan, implement, and sustain the adoption of Imagine Learning’s solutions throughout the customer lifecycle. This includes managing multiple districts simultaneously, tailoring professional learning plans, and ensuring consistent engagement that supports client success from initial interest to program renewal.
With an anticipated base salary between $65,972 and $75,000 per year, plus eligibility for incentive or bonus pay based on individual and company performance, this role also demands flexibility for significant travel, up to 60% normally and up to 90% during seasonal peaks. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record to support this travel requirement.
Key responsibilities include delivering engaging presentations both in-person and virtually, preparing session materials tailored for educators and administrators, maintaining customer records, collaborating with internal teams, and actively participating in Professional Learning Communities to continuously improve instructional delivery methods. The role requires initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Imagine Learning provides an extensive benefits package that underscores the company’s commitment to employee well-being and development. Benefits include multiple health, dental, and vision plans, some with zero employee premiums, a 401k plan with company match, paid holidays including floating holidays and winter shutdown, paid time off, maternity and family-building benefits, paid bonding leave, mental health resources, life and disability insurance, pre-tax savings plans, paid volunteer time off, and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. These benefits, coupled with the company’s flexible work arrangements, contribute to a balanced and fulfilling work experience.
Joining Imagine Learning means becoming part of a mission-driven team dedicated to transforming education by enabling educators and learners to reach their full potential. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced educators passionate about professional learning and committed to making a significant impact on teaching and learning in diverse educational settings.
