Job Requirements

- Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed food safety and preparation guidelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capacity to work efficiently in a team setting
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Commitment to dependability and professionalism

- Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and protocols

- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time shifts
Job Duties
- Ensuring Chick-fil-A food production standards are always strictly followed
- Proficiency in a designated restaurant zone including preparing and assembling cold products
- Preparing, cooking and assembling hot products
- Pulling chicken and preparing raw chicken for cooking while maintaining food safety standards
- Cleaning and maintenance of all food prep equipment
- Assisting in receiving and organizing stock
- Cleaning and restocking kitchen, dishes, coolers and restrooms
- Working efficiently and maintaining stamina to work on feet for several hours
- Lifting objects up to 20 lbs when necessary
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions with safety as a priority
